What we do
At Clinical Microbiomics we offer custom tailored microbiome analysis, ranging from pilot-projects to cohort studies with thousands of subjects, from 16S profiling to de-novo metagenomic characterization of microbiomes, from simple group comparisons to ultra high-resolution phylogeny-based statistics, integrative systems biology and machine learning.
